1. Super Cropping: Super cropping involves pinching or bending the stems of the plants to promote growth and strengthen the structure. This technique helps concentrate the plant's energy on fewer shoots and promote the development of stronger branches and flower clusters.
2. LST (Low Stress Training): LST is a method in which plant branches are gently bent and fixed to create a flat, even growing surface. By training the plants to a horizontal position, more flower clusters can optimally utilize the light and growth is more uniform.
3. Mainlining: Mainlining is an advanced technique that involves selectively pruning the main stems of plants to promote even growth and optimal energy distribution. This method results in a symmetrical, bushy plant structure with an increased number of main stems and flower spikes.

7. Defoliation: Defoliation involves removing leaves from selected areas of the plant to improve light penetration and promote air circulation. This can lead to increased flowering and improved air exchange, promoting plant health and reducing the risk of mold and disease.
