Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place within the Euro zone.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.
We ship free of charge for orders over 79€.

Deliveries abroad:

For all other countries in the EU zone we charge a flat rate of €14.95 per order.
We ship free of charge for orders over 130€.

Pick up at the CBD Hexe warehouse:

You can also pick up all orders in person from our warehouse at Schnabelstr. 1, 45134 Essen. Cash payment is generally only available for pickup. Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Other pickup times are available by prior arrangement.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-2 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, starting from the time of receipt of payment by us).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Accepted payment options

Prepayment by bank transfer

After completing your order, you'll receive an email with your bank details. There you'll find all the information you need to make a bank transfer.

Cash on delivery - payment upon delivery

Conveniently pay by cash on delivery. Please note: If cash on delivery shipments are not accepted, we will invoice you for the payments made in advance. This amounts to the cash on delivery fee + shipping costs. The payment deadline is 7 days after the shipment has been returned to our warehouse. If you are ordering cash on delivery, please also note the following: Logistics companies have long since stipulated in their terms and conditions that the recipient of cash on delivery packages must present the exact amount to be paid; parcel drivers are not required to carry change. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this and therefore ask you to have the exact amount ready, if possible. Otherwise, the driver may take the package back. For cash on delivery payments, we charge an additional fee of €8.95 plus the regular shipping costs. Cash on delivery orders are limited to a maximum amount of €500.00.

Why don't we offer PayPal or the option to pay by credit card?

Unfortunately, the well-known providers do not support payment processing for CBD products. We are already working on a solution and will soon be able to offer SEPA direct debit and hopefully also payment by credit card. Thank you for your understanding!
